Obituary of John Arthur Pringle

Pringle, John Arthur - 85, Saint John, NB, died August 16, 2023, at Carleton Kirk Lodge.

Born in Sussex, NB on October 12, 1937, he was the only child of the late Rev. Gordon and Mary (Freeze) Pringle.

Surviving are his daughter, Shannon, Halifax; son, David; daughter-in-law, Brenna MacNeil; grand-daughter, Neila; grand-daughter, Islie, all of Ottawa.
He was predeceased by his wife Diane (Herman) in 1999.

He worked as a United Church minister and high school teacher in several communities in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.                                                                    

Funeral Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). Cremation has taken place under the direction of Brenan's Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at St. Martin's Baptist Church, 211 Main St, St. Martin's, NB, on Wednesday, September 20, at 11 a.m., followed by interment at St. Martin's Cemetery and a reception in the church hall.
