Sending deepest condolences and warmest family wishes to you all at this sad time.
Ruth was an inspiration and a role model to us, she was powerful, optimistic, disciplined, thoughtful and a can-do person. I can still hear her putting forward different views and perspectives, she was always so interested and encouraging in what we were doing.
My most vivid memory today is of "Sweet Caroline" playing on your record player in the university apartment, Ken, while I marveled at my cool Aunt and Uncle as a pre-teen. Many sweet memories to cherish.
