Craig: Jefferson Thomas Joseph Dennis
Suddenly, on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, Jefferson Thomas Joseph Dennis Craig passed away in Saint John, New Brunswick. Born in Montreal, Quebec on July 15th, 1973, he was the son of the late Owen Craig.
Jeff was full of quick wit and jokes, he found joy in cheering on professional sports teams (Go Habs) and loved music of nearly every genre, especially Tupac. Smart and curious, you’d find Jeff often asking, “where’d you get that?” or "come on G, give me a beer." His children were of the utmost importance, and Jeff’s acts of love, kindness, and sacrifice towards them are the truest testament of his big heart.
Jeff will be deeply missed by his children Jasmine Clarke, Owen Craig, Jessica Gear, MacKenzie Girouard; his granddaughter Layla Gear-Droboth; his siblings (both by blood and by choice) Michael, Stephanie Craig-Wilson, Shawn Craig, Joseph Craig, Stewart Craig, Samantha Raynes; and his aunts Christine Craig-Raynes and Pamela Craig, who truly was a mother figure to Jeff. He will be forever remembered by his extended family, and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home (506-634-7424), 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, on Thursday, December 28th, 2023, at 11am. Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Saint John. A reception will follow the interment.
