Obituary of Diane Yvonne Hogan

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of our Mother, Diane Yvonne Hogan. Diane was a daughter of the late John and Paulina Hogan.

Mom was an avid reader, loved puzzle books and knitting. She also liked to bake and cook family dinners. Diane worked at Wyndham Worldwide for many years as an Onboard Specialist. She took great pride in being a grandmother and adored her grandchildren.

She leaves to mourn her sons: Derek “Jim” Mather (Michelle), Darnell Hogan (Jennifer) and Simeon Hogan (Amanda); cherished grandchildren: Desmond (Sabrina), Alexa (Sean), Amya and Aria; siblings: Linda, Sheila, John (Arlene), Pamela, Cheryl, Arthur, Leona (Rohan), Alan (Krista); aunt Vona Hope; brother-in-law Ken; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Diane was predeceased by her sister Tamarra: nephew Karl; nieces: Shannon and Natasha.

Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). The family invite you to join them on Saturday, January 6, 2023 for a time of visitation at Brenan’s Funeral Home between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Diabetes or a charity of the donor’s choice.
