I just want to express great sympathy and very heart felt condolences to the Caldwell family… The respect, and admiration I have for this man! Pastor Marshall has had an impact on my life since I was in my early teens. He was an incredible inspiration, and motivator. He brought countless amounts of joy to anyone who had a moment to be graced by his presence. A sarcastic kind of sense of humor to keep you on your toes, but a loving heart so big, being ribbed by him was almost a treat!! God put him in the center of the North End for a reason, he took over in a place where another great man began, who has left before him… there could not have been a better suitor. I will never forget the Christmas concerts, church picnics, you had your work cut out for you, with us that’s for sure! the things you said to me, and the faith you had in me! I hope to one day live up to those standards, and expectations!!! Thank you Pastor Marshall Caldwell, say hi to my Pops for me!

The Crescent Valley Community is morning the loss of a good neighbour and friend. For over 25 years Pastor Marshall was very involved in the neighborhood as a reassuring voice and dedicated volunteer. And he was the best barbecuer. Our community will miss him. Our condolences to the family for the loss of your father and especially to Darlene who has lost her husband. Because of the life he lived for the Lord and the service wherewith he served, you can be assured that he is now in the presence of the One Whom his soul loved - Jesus.
We have often spoken of him (and you) and the many times we had together in ministry. He was a great friend and we have missed you all soooo very much! Earth has lost a giant, but God heaven has gained something greater, as the apostle Paul said, "to depart and be with Christ is far better" (Philippians 1:23).

I am so sorry for the family’s loss of such a wonderful man who touched so many lives in a community that needed it. Pastor Marshall meant so much to anyone that met him but now he is flying high and watching and guiding you all from above. Keep close all your beautiful memories as they are now your greatest treasures and they will help ease the pain some as you continue your journey in his absence until you see him again. Hugs, healing prayers and my deepest condolences to you all

To Sister Darlene and the Caldwell family, I want to send my deepest condolences to you all. Pastor was amazing in many ways. Hes always listened and believed in me when I didn't always believe in myself. Hes heard many cries over the years as a child and adult. Hes never once turned me away and for that I am thankful. Hes always told me the church was my home. Darlene, I know you have lost your best friend, I know that feeling all to well. You have so much love ❤️ He will always be with you xo
