Teaching with Peggy was a privilege. I cherish the many wonderful memories of times we shared, from the exciting days we opened Island View through to her retirement. The positive impact she had on all of us, students and colleagues, is immeasurable.
My sincere condolences to Miss Mills Family, Friends and colleagues. She taught me Grade 1 at Island View School, which encompassed, teaching me to read. I love to read and it was her foundation year that instilled the love of books.

I was saddened to read of Peggy Mills passing. She was an extraordinary teacher and I was so happy my son had his Grade 1 experience with her in Island View School.. My condolences to her family. She will be missed.
