Obituary of Stella Georgina Bury

It is with great sadness that the family of Stella Georgina (MacIsaac) Bury announces her passing which occurred on Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Harcourt, NB, she was a daughter of the late Ronald and Minnie (Beers) MacIsaac.

Stella is survived by her only son, Joel Bury; special nephew, Rodney (Andrea) Luard; as well as several in-laws, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Stella was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Bury; brother, Alex MacIsaac; sister, Madeline Luard.

Stella worked spent over 30 years working as a Registered Nursing Assistant in Moncton and various hospitals in Saint John. She retired from the regional hospital in 1988 due to ill health. She was an active member of the Seventh Day Adventists Church.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, New Brunswick, (506-634-7424). A Graveside Service will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM, where she will join her husband Tom and await the return of Jesus and the Resurrection.
