Hi Leah and family. I am Charlie Pickard formally of East Saint John. I met Pat when she was dating Robert (Toby) while she was working at the General Hospital. Toby was my best friend throughout our school days. I moved to B.C. in 1964. Pat and Toby came to visit and we shared a great time together. I always visited with them when I went home to see my parents. I have missed Toby terribly since his passing and now I will miss them both. Sending giant hugs from Charlie & Maggie Pickard.
