I am so sorry and shocked to hear of Gloria's passing and send my condolences to her family. Gloria was a special individual that will never be forgotten by me.She was a dear friend and cared for my Mother for several years before Mom passed. Gloria went above and beyond in her caring, she loved her job and we loved her. I last saw Gloria in April and we chatted like no time had lapsed. Now may you rest in peace Beautifull Lady with your Little Kerry beside you in the arms of Jesus.

My heart broke when I heard Gloria has passed away.
When I started at Handi-Bus 14 years ago. I did a pick up at one of our residential care homes. This staff member told me I needed my roots done. I thought who the heck is this lady.
She turned out to be one of the nicest caring people I will ever meet. (I teased her for years to come about the comment) She treated everyone like family and always made sure I was included in office things (I only work in there one day a week) she was an amazing cook. Her biscuits were out of this world.
She hugged me and told me she loved me everytime she saw me. She made a point to ask everyone about something in their lives.
She had a terrible loss in her life and dreaded funeral homes, but she made a huge step when my dad passed because she wanted to show support for me. (She always thought dad was cute.
She was a mother and grandmother figure to all the residents. Her family was everything to her. My heart goes out to all her grandchildren.
Rest Easy My friend I will miss you. I am comforted to know you are with your beloved Kerri now. Say Hi to Joe from us.
My condolences to all her family.

She was with us throughout Josie's illness and passing 8 months ago. Josie loved her dearly. Josie would do many different things for Independent Plus with Gloria .We will always be grateful to her. In memory of our sister she donated a leaf for The Tree of Life at Bobby's House. Her caring ways will always be remembered. She will always be in our thoughts. I am in shock of Gloria’s passing. She was a wonderful, caring, and loving individual. She was my relief worker for my 2 ladies for a couple of years and she loved them both. One of the ladies went to one of the care homes she managed which made the transition easier by her being there.Gloria loved her job and each person truly meant something to her. I for one will miss her smiling and great sense of humor. She will always be in my heart. Roger family please except my condolences as Gloria was number 1 in my books. May God give you strength to get through this difficult time.

I was heartbroken, to hear of Gloria's passing. I always thought of her from time to time, and lately a lot. I was going to call and see how she was doing, but, just didn't get around to it... We met almost forty years ago, and instantly hit it off. She would pop in from time to time over the years, and it was like no time passed at all. She was such a beautiful, kind caring person. My deepest condolences to her family, most especially to her children and grandchildren. The last time she was here, several years back, she brought her grand daughters with her, and they were lovely and I could see the closeness they shared. She told me of the dinner parties she would have with them, simple fare for food, but set with a fancy table. Sleep well Gloria, gone too soon, and you will be terribly missed ... <3

To Crystal, Amanda and the family, I am so sorry for the loss of a beautiful wife, mother, aunt and grandmother whose carrer at Independence Plus left us too soon and what a great life she has.
