Obituary of Betty Jean Lyttle
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Betty Lyttle (Corvec) who passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, with her favorite four legged companion Milo by her side.
Betty is survived by her 2 sons who she loved and cherished more than life itself, Kevin Lyttle (Alyssa) and Myles Lyttle (April), her grandchildren who she adored and was so very proud of, Riley Glode (Marissa), Savanna Glode (Austin), Kane Lyttle, Sylas Wheaton (Casey), Makaya Mitchell, her daughter in law Alyssa Lyttle who she loved like her own since the day they met twenty four years ago. They shared a very special bond that nobody could break, her sisters Tina Corvec (Harlod), Wanda Corvec (Raymond), her father George Corvec and her best friend Milo, who was her furry four legged companion and all of her special friends she considered family while living in Cranbrook BC. She talked often of everyone and always said how much they made her feel like family.
In addition Betty was predeceased by her loving husband and bestfriend friend in life Kevin Lyttle, who she is finally reunited with and we all know he was standing there with open arms excited to have his DARLING, his BETT back with him. We know they will forever be dancing in the skies together watching over there children and grandchildren, her baby sister Lisa Amigone who she adored, her mother Connie Corvec who she loved, cherished and missed so much and all her past fur babies she had over the years. Betty had such a love and special place in her heart for animals.
Anyone who got to be a part of Betty's life over the years whether it was for a short time or a long time she left a lasting inprint on all of our hearts. Betty was such a raw, loyal, kind, selfless soul, she was so strong and independent, she would do anything for anyone and would never think twice about it. Her love for her sons, family, friends, and animals was so very special to her. Life sure will not be the same without her in it. Betty you will be greatly missed and never ever forgotten. Until we all meet again please keep watching over everyone! you left a piece of yourself in us all!
