Craig and I always knew that spring had truly sprung when Dorothy arrived. She was a lovely woman who looked after her home with much care and attention. Sincere condolences to her family.
So sorry to hear about your Mum. She was Mrs. Waterston to me and was a very lovely lady. My step son worked for your Mum one summer helping her around the property in Westfield. I worked at the bank in Grand Bay and your Mum always asked about him every year when she arrived for the summer. REST IN PEACE MRS. WATERSTON
I am so sorry to hear of Dodie s passing. She has been truly missed on Westfield Beach the past few years. She was a pillar of our little community on the Beach and our small community. I knew her since my childhood.
She will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Our condolences to Dodie’s family, we met her about 20 years ago when a friend , Laurie Melanson was doing some work for her. She asked him if he knew anyone that would build a playhouse and a small bridge and he suggested me. This was the beginning of a wonderful friendship with a graceful lady. We would watch every year on Victoria Day for her arrival. She called us when she went to Florida and we got together for lunch. We also connected with her through our daughter in Australia when we found out her daughter Heather was friends with Nicole in Perth. A lovely lady, she will be missed and remembered.
I grew up in Westfield and worked at Ivan Keirstead's store. That is where I met this lovely lady when I was in my teens. Her grace and charm left a mark on me and I have thought of her many times over the years, even very recently. My condolences to your family. Terry (Lingley) MacDonald

I am very sorry to hear about your Mom.I knew Dodie growing up on the Hall Road in Westfield.I spent many summers playing on the MacIntosh property.
