Obituary of Ann Isabelle Sheffroth

Ann I. Sheffroth passed away on April 26, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on May 26, 1933 in Saint John she was a daughter of the late James and Sarah (Cruickshank) McGovern. Ann loved to travel and in her younger years she organized bus tours for seniors. She is survived by her son, James L. (Tabatha) Sheffroth of Moncton; grandchildren, Melody (Dan) Sheffroth of Fredericton and Joel Sheffroth of Saint John; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Jean MacKenney; brothers, John H. McGovern, and Philip McGovern. Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Rd., Saint John, NB (634-7425), with visiting on Thursday, April 28 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, April 29 at Brenan’s Bay View Chapel at 10 am. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances made to Our Lady of the Assumption Church or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
