Obituary of Sharon Elizabeth Kilpatrick

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sharon Elizabeth Kilpatrick (Taylor), loving wife of the late Paul Kilpatrick, announces her passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on November 22, 2016. Born in Saint John, NB on May13, 1939 she was a daughter of the late Harry and Emily (Beckingham) Taylor. Sharon enjoyed knitting, crocheting and ceramics. She also loved spending time with family and friends. Sharon is survived by her son, Shawn (Tracy) Kilpatrick; grandchildren, Giselle, Jolie and Lyon Kilpatrick; brothers: Gordon (Carol) Taylor and Stephen (Mary) Taylor; sister: Susan (Dennis) Lord and Marilyne Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Besides her husband and parents Sharon is predeceased by her brother, Harry A. Taylor; sisters: Myrna Taylor and Frances Tober. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (634-7425). At Sharon’s request, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Bay View Chapel on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 9:00 AM. Remembrances in memory of Sharon can be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital (Canada) or the Saint John Police Association.
