Obituary of Stephen George Whittaker

Surrounded by his loving family, the death of Stephen George Whittaker, of Saint John, NB, occurred on Saturday, December 30, 2017. Born in Montreal, QC, he was the son of Kay (Doherty) Whittaker and the late Derek George (Rik) Whittaker. Stephen worked for Moosehead Breweries for many years and most recently Wyndham Worldwide. Stephen is survived by his wife Lillian Whittaker, his mother Kay, sister Valerie Walsh (Steve Fowler), brother Peter Whittaker and sister-in-law Sylvie Dupras. His children Amy (Gilles) Daigle, Anastasia Whittaker (Steve), and Amanda Whittaker (Matthew). Nephew Christopher Walsh (Suzy Kimball). Niece Gabrielle Whittaker. His grandchildren, Madison, Isabelle, Christian, Cohen, and Rowan. He is also survived by his four step-children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Per Stephen’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
