Obituary of Mary Divette Hall

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Divette (Osburn) Hall, wife of the late Raymond Willard Hall, announces her passing, which occurred at the Church of St. John and St. Stephen Home on February 3, 2018. Born in Saint John on May 7, 1927, she was a daughter of Arthur and Bertha (Souther) Osburn. Mary enjoyed camping with her family. She also loved playing cards, bingo and cribbage. She also enjoyed spending time with her TOPS buddies. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her two sons: Raymond and Robert Hall; sister Jeanette Staddon; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; along with other members of her extended family. Aside from her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her two daughters: Linda Mersereau and Bettyjean Ferguson; sisters: Barb and Lil; brothers: George, Art and Sterling. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Rd, Saint John, NB(634-7425). In keeping with Mary’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Interment to follow in the spring. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Alzheimer Society of NB or a charity of the Donor’s Choice.
