Obituary of Wilson Patterson

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Wilson "Sonny" Patterson announces his passing, which occurred on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, he was a son of the late Wilson and Mary Celina (Martin) Patterson. Sonny is survived by his sisters Linda Cornfield (Ralph Goodwin) and Fay Jones (Donald); brother Wilfred Patterson; nieces Barbara Doucette, Susan Waye, Deborah Rosa, Christine Patterson, Kathy Anthony Angela Cornfield and Carol Cornfield; nephew Paul Jones. Aside from his parents, he is predeceased by his sisters Joy Duncan and Valerie Mellor; brother Howard Patterson; and niece Edith Waye. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB (634-7425). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 11- 1 PM. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at St. Augustine’s cemetery at a later date.
