Obituary of Carl Milton Francis

The death of Carl Francis of Saint John occurred on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on October 31, 1957 in Saint John, he was the son of the late Charles and Lucy (Graham) Francis. Carl enjoyed hockey and was a devoted Boston Bruins fan. He also loved a good game of poker and always looked forward to his daily walks. Carl is survived by his daughter, Robyn; sons, Ryan, Ross and Robert (Kate); sister, Susan; brothers, Glen, Paul (Kim) and Junior; many grandchildren, mother of his children, Sally Worden; special nephews, Nick and Chris; as well as many other nieces and nephews. Carl’s family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the doctors and nurses of the SJRH Palliative Care Unit for the exceptional care that was always provided to him. A time of visitation will take place from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 and will be immediately followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM, all from Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home Chapel, 1461 Manawagonish Road, West Saint John (634-7425).
