I remember Sgt. Crich from when I was a young Constable at Inverness Detachment in the late1970's. I don't recall Terry having a lot of hair but I'm sure I gave him a few grey ones. He was a great NCO i/c with a terrific sense of humor, was fair and firm when needed. I held fond memories of him throughout the 31 years of my career and considered him a great mentor.
